We use first-party session and security cookies to maintain your session, protect forms against forged requests and support staff and learner sign-in. These are used to provide the services you request.
Cookie names and duration
The session cookie on this version is lincon_testing_session. The XSRF-TOKEN cookie supports form security. Their configured lifetime is 120 minutes, with session expiry renewed during use. Signing out ends your authenticated session. Cookie names and settings may differ between the public website and portal hosts.
Analytics and advertising
This version does not include analytics or advertising cookies in its public page layouts. If optional tracking is introduced, we will update this policy and obtain consent before using it where required.
Google services
Staff may choose to connect a Google Workspace account. Google sign-in and consent take place on Google services, which apply their own cookie and privacy policies. Google OAuth credentials and connection tokens are not stored in public website cookies.
Your browser settings
You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent forms and sign-in from working. An accept-all banner is not used for the essential cookies described above.
